2001 - 2005

We were honoured as Malaysia's Business of the Year in 2004 and achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, reinforcing our dedication to delivering top-quality services.

2006 - 2010

During this period, Hwajing continued to lead by obtaining a Franchising License and launching both Tour Fare Protection and H1N1 coverage, underscoring our commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

2011 - 2015

• In 2013, we became the first agency to charter the Super Star Gemini for its Inaugural Sailing, and we introduced Southeast Asia's first-ever "Solo Cruise" event.
• In 2014, we made a groundbreaking impact with launching the first-ever Islamic Cruise Tour, involving over 10,000 participants from 15 countries across 47 voyages and contributing RM 2 million to charity.
• We proudly received the Million Dollar Sales Award for five consecutive years and the Top Performing Agent Award in the same year 2014.

2016 - 2022

• We continued to excel by winning the Star Partners Award in 2016 and consistently earning Royal Caribbean Top Achiever honours.
• In 2019, we were named the Best Cruise Travel Agency by MATTA, culminating in the prestigious Royal Caribbean Diamond Achiever Award in 2022.

2023 - 2024

• In January 2024, Hwajing Travel became the first travel agency to charter a series of international ocean cruise and made Malaysia as a cruise Homeport. To date, Hwajing has successfully cruised 55,000 homeport cruisers domestically and internationally.
• In recognition of our continued success, we were awarded the Royal Caribbean Diamond Achiever Award again in 2023 and recognized as Costa's Top Partner for 2024.
